How to request deletion
Echo.in's V1 account deletion process is manual. Sending a request does not automatically delete your account or data.
Use the same email address registered with your Echo.in account. For security, your request must be sent from that address so Nunez Studio can verify account ownership.
- Send your request. Email privacy@nunezstudio.dev from your registered account email address, using the subject Echo.in Account Deletion Request.
- Account ownership is verified. Nunez Studio will verify your request before deleting anything and may contact you if further verification is needed.
- Deletion is processed manually. After verification, the developer manually removes the account's Auth, database records and Storage files, as applicable.
The button opens your email app; it does not submit a request or delete anything on its own. Check the sender address before sending. If no email app opens, send your request manually to privacy@nunezstudio.dev.
You can also reach this page from Echo.in: open Profile / Settings and choose Request account deletion.
What verified deletion may remove
Once your request is verified, deletion may remove the following account-associated cloud data, where applicable:
- Supabase Auth account;
- profile;
- journeys and itineraries;
- memories and saved places;
- packing lists;
- uploaded photos;
- Journey Wallet documents and files;
- collaborator memberships and invitations; and
- other cloud-backed account data.
Deletion is permanent
Account deletion is permanent, and deleted data may not be recoverable. Save any information or files you want to keep before requesting deletion.
Processing time
Verified requests are normally processed within 30 days after account ownership has been verified.
Limited information that may be retained
Limited information may be retained only when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or record-keeping purposes, and only for as long as necessary for those purposes.
